At the moment I'm watching Destination Moon, a 1950 sci-fi pic about a lunar mission lifting off with just 17 hours notice. I noted that, during an enroute EVA, the crew were wearing BC-611's between the O2 tanks on their backs. Ya never know where those milrads are gonna show up.
