Can you show us what the end of the plug with the "PUSH TO TALK" clip looks like? It looks like the receptacle that the audio plug from noise cancelling/sound isolating head phones like the "Peltor" or MSA "Sordins" plug into. If you rotate it 90-degrees I could probably confirm it.
