One thing for me if you would....Please let your vendors and exhibitors know that they ALL must stop at the registration table at the main gate to get a parking pass to be inside the fenced in area. ALL vehicles that are inside the fenced in area must have a pass with the name and cell number of the owner displayed on the dash. There are no exceptions to this except for someone dropping off or picking up items.

We would like only the vendors and exhibitors to be inside the fenced in area. Your members that are not vending or displaying should park in the outside lot. It is getting quite crowded and we would like to keep the amount of vehicles in there down.

If you could let your members know this it would be appreciated.
