I do the same thing with snap-in types. I have the PC drill bit to drill the through holes and the router skirt to remove foil. Works pretty well. No arc-overs, yet........ Are we going to see you on this side, this year?

Mounting electrolytic caps can be a pain - a small board fabricated from copper clad PC material makes it easy. A Dremel tool is used to carve out the groves.
