The Junk Box ART-13 supply "borrows" its 28VDC from the "Operations Center" main  DC Buss thus keeping the supply weight down to less than 14  pounds. A two wire cable from the 28VDC Buss is plugged into the connector on the supply and the transmitter  receives its low voltage via the standard cable connections from the power supply.
