Here is a short video using the Dovetron and a CV-89. Overall I like the scope presentation on the CV-89 better.

For a while twenty years ago or so there were tons of the Dovetron Tempested military TU all around and no one wanted them.  Good friend of mine gave me one and I have been using that for RTTY on the Saturday net and loving it.

Using a real TU, mechanical teleprinter and radio is way better than using a PC and radio and vastly superior to this hacks that are using a box that’s a combined radio, TU and display.
