That would be very interesting to build and have. There was something like that for the BC-191 and BC-375,  fielded by CAP, but long ago lost in the fog of time....

Still looking for info on this home brew plug in for the ART-13. The module plugs into the HF Oscillator tube socket (837). I have not posted any info yet on my web site as I am waiting for additional information. I think that either MARS or CAP may have published  details in various bulletins.
