I found the attached photo of the SBD throttle quadrant with throttle lever handle/switch attached.  It appears there was no connector in the aircraft wiring to the throttle switch except the 3-pin A.R.C. 9488 plug that connects to the J-16 or J-22/ARC-5.  The switch has the raised letter M on it.
