[MRCA] Cross band repeat 6m to 2m fm

This weekend in Gilbert from Thursday afternoon to Saturday afternoon,
during the day.
I will be setting up a cross band repeater for us to bridge the gap with
any members that do not have a six meter green radio.
Now you will be able to use your regular Ham radio HT on 2m on 146.580 FM
wide band and my repeater will spit you out on 6m 51.000 wide band fm.
Unfortunately, I cannot inject the proper tone.So it will be wide open, no
tone going in and out.
Just remember,  with cross band repeat, there is a delay,so let your radio
unkey before you start talking.  Also when you key up, wait 2 seconds then
start talking so it doesn't clip off the first syllable.
