[MRCA] BC-659 Bias Battery Connector

Often it is easy to get stalled with a project when a odd ball connector 
is needed. I usually just go ahead and fabricate one using epoxy and 
brass tubing. And often after I fabricate the connector the real one 
shows up.    Looks like the pin out for the BA-41 is the same for the MAB.
