Received two pairs of the subject headset cushions. Unfortunately, they will NOT work with either the ANB or R-14 elements (HS-33 and HS-23) as the diameter of both the MIL elements are only 2". The cushions need at least 2 1/4" to be secured. If one could fabricate a thin adaptor ring, 2" inside and 2 1/4" outside diameter they would arguably be OK. They will work, as Dave indicated, with the older H-13 headsets and, in fact, make them ever so much more comfortable. So, did not waste a few bucks!
