[MRCA] AN/PRR-9 Video

Yep - he did a pretty good review of the receiver, absent an R/T field
test.  Interesting to find it reviewed by a civilian on YouTube!
I find the pair to be pretty good (in peacetime!) within its limitations.
They actually sound great.  Here's what I have learned about them and my

Often derided because they didn't produce "long range", they were intended
to provide short range (only) within a squad, far better than hand signals
at night!  Same idea with the BC-611 altho both were limited by the
technology available at the time...They were both a step along the way...
