[MRCA] Band Changes -Moose and Squirrel Net

Rhett,

We have been discussing it on the M&S net and we are leaning towards moving to Channel 5 5403.5 MHz. 

I would recommend listening to the net for the latest status.

The change is supposed to be implemented 30 days after it is reported into the Federal Register. I can't find the definite date but it will be coming soon.
