[MRCA] USN/USMC mobile communications

Our CAP unit got an MRC-22 trailer setup in maybe 1975. That, and a small mobile control tower pop-up trailer.  Everything worked but I do not recall we ever deployed them.  After a few years, the radios were stripped out and trailers turned in.  Oh well...
