[MRCA] Motorola electret mic to Mil/boatanchor gear

I'd like to do the same with a Motorola hand mic but for my modern Yaesu FT-857D mobile radio. Please keep me in the loop.

Yes, they’ll need 5 to 9v bias. Looking for examples of implementation.
