[MRCA] ART-13 Mod Info Needed

There was also an xtal control mod for the BC-191 and BC-375.   The mod was popular in the 60's when CAP got hundreds of them issued to units.

 Attached photo of a "Crystal Control" mod for the ART-13. I believe it was published in an early MARS or perhaps even a Club bulletin.
I would like a copy of the mod to be included in a ART-13 Compilation.
