[MRCA] ART-13 Mods

Looks to me all the visible mods are wholly unnecessary and certainly not part of any TCTO or Navy mod program. That Jones plug is a shame.  That said, there are worthwhile mods e.g.: vernier dial plate on VFO, autotune motor stator shutdown, audio coupling caps, etc.  But, an as-is T-47 or T-47A is just fine, stock. A good mic is always a plus.
