[MRCA] Emergency Arctic Battery

Well,that sounds very familiar.  Back in the Nike missile days they used
very similar thermal batteries in the missiles.  Didn't need more than a
couple of minutes of operation, just fire them up a little before launch.

Wurlitzer in North Tonawanda NY made them and probably other contractors.
An engineer from there told me in about 1962 that several of the women
assembling the batteries were injured/killed when something ignited the
pyrotechnic material.
