Eugene, what role then did Collins Canada play in all of this??  The 
exciter unit of my own PRC-515 is clearly marked as
Rockwell International
of Canada Ltd
Collins Canada Division
Toronto Ontario

The other three units (control, amplifier, tuner) have none such and 
only Yugoslavian (Serbian?) markings.  I had purchased my PRC-515 from 
Elting Radio in present-day Serbia.
