Here is another bulb tip for new ART-13 users.   The 837 oscillator 
filament circuit needs a plug in resistor  network in order to have 
proper filament voltage.
This network is usually supply by one of the plug in units or the 
"Dummy" panel. Lacking one of these you can substitute a low voltage 
light bulb.
