[MRCA] Strange Signals on 40 and 80 meters

If I recall correctly the participation. In the Bruce Kelly 1929 contest is a “closed” contest, only stations runnnng 1929 or earlier type (no spark though!)  low
power transmitters and who will be submitting logs for the contest can participate.  Even my 1932 BC-191 designed transmitter doesn’t qualify, too powerful, although the design is arguably a pre 1929 MOPA.
