[MRCA] TRC-77 transceiver XMITTER power "ON" indicator mod

In the 1980s I considered joining the Army Reserve and I went to visit a
unit close by. They were a Special Forces outfit and I remember seeing
TRC-77s there. I don't know if the SF normally used them or if the Army
just unloaded them to reserve units since they were obsolete.

They offered me lunch at the mess hall and that meal alone convinced me
that I should walk away. Plus I would have had to go to jump school.
