[MRCA] KPH Night of Nights

HI Breck - I just worked them on 3550 at 0017Z.  I was QRK4
running the TRC-77/dipole, Op Rob was 569.
The HF bands are extremely weak here this afternoon.  The MUF/f0  is barely
above 5 mc over this short 40 mile, otherwise NVIS path.  I heard them very
faintly on 7050  earlier but just in the noise.  I had not heard them
working anyone else altho they are calling CQ on 7050 with stronger
sigs right now, 0042Z. .  Not many ions up there to help out today..
