The clock is a "Shelter" clock found in later model comm huts and 
shelters.  Sold by Franklin inst, Ivyland, Pa. 18974. Model number 411.
NSN: 6645-00-410-2395. Powered by 2  AA batteries. Sealed and water 
proof. etc. Actual  quartz movement has Kienzle stamped on it.
