Hi Steve

There are only two active beacons in PA:    MD 204 in Harrisburg and BZJ
328 at Fort Indiantown Gap.

I believe you are referring to ORJ (not ORG) on 258 Kc.   It was last heard
in 2015 and was decommissioned in April 2020.
