[MRCA] LS-3 Speaker Repair

[MilComm Guy]

While I'm waiting for the black wrinkle paint to arrive I would like to try
and repair the speaker.  You can see the speaker "cloth" has torn away all
the way around the outside and partially in the center.  I am looking for
any repair advice.
