[MRCA] [ARC5] ATC/ART-13 Small Op Manual Book.

I think a good idea might be to take orders and see how many people would be willing to buy a repro frequency setting book (I assume that is what you mean by operating manual).  I would be willing to buy two or three.  I have check with several graphics houses as well and received similar pricing.  Who’s in?

A while back, I went to a reporgraphics shop to see what it would cost for 50 or 100 genuine repros of the ART-13A ops manual in a modern binder. Cost came to $33 each for 100 copies.  Couldn't quite swing that.
