[MRCA] Gilbert Access Questions

This will be my first time displaying stuff and I have some basic questions
-- maybe they were addressed in previous related emails and I missed it,
so I apologize in advance if this is the case.

I plan on being at Gilbert Saturday from 6 AM and leaving around noon.

Do I need a vendor pass?
Will the Howell building be open (will any main gates be open)?
How do I reserve table space?
