CAI Transceivers 2-18 MHz USB LSB AM (2) Available CA-125/SSB-125
One was modified to use an external oscillator to put on any frequency.  It works.  The other is untested.  They both have xtals for non ham frequencies.  12 volt power needed to operate.  Both units and the instruction manual with prints $350.
