[MRCA] 7296 net

Just trying to propose a secondary frequency when this happens.7280 or so, will have to deal with POTA station and the usual "you're on the wrong sideband" crap. but it's a thought.
Today was unusual being there was AM stations on 7290, 7280 and several trying to work 7290 at once at one point.

The 7296 USB net is most often the entire east coast and as far west as Ohio
and even further on occasion. 60 meters doesn't even work locally at the
present time.

The problem is 40 is a popular band for various type of users. We don't have
enough spectrum. Why don't you try meeting on a 60 meter channel? You may
not have the propagation but they're quiet in the morning.
