[MRCA] Field Day Deployment

[MilComm Guy]

I have the GRC-142 shelter loaded and ready to deploy for Saturday field
day, I'm not sure I will arrive in time for the RAT Net at 9EST.  I should
be ready to go for the noon M&S net although for over a month I have had no
luck on 60M at all.
