[MRCA] M151A2 Commo #5 FAC Seat

Great job, definitely a 109. I've always enjoyed the "FAC" seat 
especially during events as you can interact easily with other 
participants instead of being buried in the back seat, crawling over the 
seat to get in the rear is a real PITA.
