[MRCA] ABP-AC/DC/BT-TR-1 Power Unit Replacement Batteries

All,
I have some of these ABP power units and want to replace the batteries inside.  They are not labelled and I would like to source replacements.  Photos attached.  
Approximate measurements:   5-5/8'L x 1.75"W x 2.5"H
Any sourcing tips appreciated.  Thanks.
