If one were to bid and win the ART-13 lot, would it be possible to, for a fee, remove the tubes, LF plug-in, and other front panel parts, but include the small accessories and abandon the power supply, dynamotor, and transmitter chassis, on-site, for disposal as you might see fit? Thanks.

Subject: [MRCA] Complete ART-13 being sold via online auction
Good afternoon,
We’re assisting an estate in the sale of some of their military radio gear. Specifically, a complete ART-13 transmitter with all accessories and a spare parts unit. The link can be found here:
https://schulmanauction.hibid.com/lot/184246295/t-47-art-13-transmitter-and-extras
The online auction will run through 2/15 at 7PM CT. Although we can ship this, as you might expect, freight will be quite expensive. So, we can hold it for you for a reasonable amount of time if you are located outside of the Kansas City area.
Thank you all for looking, and have a good weekend.
I can be reached 913.568.3767 if you have any questions.
