[MRCA] M&S Southern version test this Saturday

Let's try calling a Southern version of the Moose and Squirrel Cold-War Clandestine Long-Range-Reconnaissance-Patrol Net Saturday at 1300 EST on 5357, think the regular version is over well before that. Although its southern will be open to all stations. I am located about twenty miles from the Virginia boarder on the Eastern Shore of Maryland  and will be running 100 watts, think it may be too cold this weekend but if we do it again will drag the M151 out and operate from that.
