[MRCA] [MMRCG] PRC-47 generator

Hi Ray - Those are interesting little generators.  A "semi-COTS" design
based on a chain saw engine...The Army bought 1531 of them in 1966/67 but I
think they were intended for use with the GRC-109 and probably the RS-6
sets at the time.  I have powered my sets with one and it does the job just
fine.  They will power a PRC-47 but probably only in low power mode.
