[MRCA] MT-284a/ART-13 shock mount help

Information needed. I am trying to re-create the MT-284A/ART-13 shock mount.  Specifically, I need to get part numbers for the 4 shocks on the mount that were made by either BARRY or LORD. We’re doing the later MT-284A, not the earlier MT-273 mount.  Any help would be appreciated
