[MRCA] Red Ball Gilbert MRCA Event

I run a low 60 meter dipole at home and have had decent performance out to
about 200 miles or so (give or take a mile). Outside of that, not so great.
The center is about 20 feet and then ends are about 6 ft high.
I am hoping to try the same antenna arrangement at the reservoir with the 74.
