[MRCA] USN Communications acronyms - 1974

I've been looking at a maintenance manpower survey for USN shore receiver
sites. It lists task and receivers for various circuits -
There several acronyms I don't recognize -
What are "RIO", "S/C", and "M/C" ??
....

S/C Ship-Shore Operator
S/C Ship/Shore Termination Receivers
S/C NATO Broadcast Receivers
S/C Broadcast (NRTT)

M/C Ship-Shore Operator
M/C Point-to-Point Operator
Fleet M/C Broadcast Receivers
M/C Ship/Shore Termination Receivers

Point to Point (RIO) Receivers
....
