[MRCA] [MMRCG] Another video GRC-106

The 2368 has a Data mode that works well, the normal agc modes somehow suck for voice operations so the big Harris stuff just gets used for RTTY. The Dovetron is somewhat stupid, but I love its filters will copy RTTY down to the noise level. but Transmit / Receive is controlled by a toggle switch located next to the TTY manually.  Would rather do that then use the TX/Stby switch on the Dovetron and the vox.

7087 USB 45.5 (60 wpm) we are all there almost every Saturday. looking forward to another field RTTY ops later this month for AA83, we all would be really impressed to work the Blue Eyed Alligator!

I believe DATA mode changes the AGC speed (probably very fast or something, but I don’t recall 100%)

Hey I watched your vid on your RTTY setup, are you using the Dovetron to key?



Also, on the 2368, whats data mode do? I didnt know there was one, I use those at Battleship NJ when Im tuning in the clatternet.
