Mark, the ARB that is in transit to you via W2TRH Steve includes a rack.  The resilient mounts are pretty dried up but that shouldn’t matter unless you are planning on operating in flight!

I may have an ART-13 rack here or on a parts car shelf queen I have loaned out to someone right now. Will let you know soon.

PS - don’t know if you need it for the TBM but Steve TRH has a trailing wire antenna reel assembly.
