[MRCA] R-45/ARR-7 Power Supply?

Another building technique: Instead of building separate 28VDC power
supplies for every device I just supply each piece of equipment 28
volts from my "Ops Center" 28 volt buss. Makes the power supply simpler,
lighter, and cheaper and easier to lift.
