[MRCA] Navy ATC (Art-13)

Thanks for the lengthy reply and info Mark.I really appreciate it. That's
kind of what I was thinking and afraid of when I started on this ART-13 &
BC-348 journey. I'm basically be paying as much to ship this transmitter as
I paid to acquire it and its accessories, so I wanted to get a few other
opinions. It looks like I may be okay with the price, but I'll update this
list once it all arrives and I have time to inspect it all. I do have some
manuals and drawings. I even have access to a fellow HAM who actually
worked on/maintained these radios on B29 bombers. He's 96 and still very
capable of teaching and showing me how to work on these. He's a wonderful
resource and friend. I'll post links to pics once I get everything setup
for a family photo :-)
