[MRCA] ART-13 Tuning

I use a probable 750 pf variable
across the output from my ART-13 transmitter, it definitely has an affect when loading into a low (50-75 ohm) impedance non reactive antenna or dummy load. Can get at least 100 watts out and normal SWR indications using a Heath HM-102 wattmeter/SWR meter. 4000
pf fixed shunt on output seems excessive.
