[MRCA] Old NRL equipment reports on line

[Nick England]

A recent post by Hue Miller had a link to a 1936 transmitter test report
from NRL (Naval Research Lab). I hadn't realized these had been digitized,
but there are indeed a number of interesting reports now on line.
