[MRCA] RU/GF set at Gilbert ?

Hello Keegan and MRCA,
       Would you consider coming up to take delivery of the RU/GF radio with ZB-2 at the MVPA/MRCA meet in Gilbert, PA on Sept 22 ?  There would definitely be interest from MRCA members, and perhaps from MVPA members as well. The GF/RU set is configured right now to enable operation on 3885 KHz, so a station using that radio would be able to participate in on the air operations at the MRCA meet. And since the radio operates on 12 volts, a battery power supply isn’t a problem.  Instead of using the cw key built into the radio pilot’s and operators control ( because even new, those keys tended to suck ), I’ll bring a USN Flameproof key from WW2 from my ARC-5 set to use. I can also bring an 80 meter random wire antenna. The MRCA will be set up in the Howell Building on the fairground site in Gilbert. 

Keegan- this meet might be something Jerry might be interested in seeing. The MRCA folks and the MVPA folks are the people you want to let know about MAM Virginia Beach. Oh, and there’s stuff for sale you might be interested in.  You might even be able to talk to folks about setting up an MRCA and MVPA show at the field in Virginia Beach. Could be the beginning of a beautiful friendship……
