[MRCA] Looking for a commercial longwave transmitter

 I'm trying to locate a LW xmtr for a group wanting to reestablish a maritime station license here in the Tampa bay area.
This needs to be a "real" transmitter that was commercially built. It can even be solid state. Output should be at least 500 watts .
Any assistance in locating would be greatly appreciated. I'm have no financial interest in unit as I just want to put the two parties together.
