[MRCA] West Coast RATT Net

Decent net today.  Propagation seemed to play a part so not much different from the results of the east coasters this morning.

We had a total of 5 people:

K6YIC
N6CC
W7MKA
K4NYW (Via torn Tape Relay)
WB6ENV (Head once and not again)

I look forward to having the relay perfected by next weekend.  I will put up an instruction on how it works incase others from theist coast would like to try and get in over here.
