[MRCA] [MMRCG] End-Fed Half-Wave

Hi!  Nice presentation Al!  (and nice graphics too BTW!).  I am really not
a big fan of the EFHW for my "field" purposes but I spent some time over
the last year or two building, experimenting and fielding some just to
see.  I have operated them with the RS-6, GRC-109, GRC-9, TRC-77 and
