After three weeks of work, a bucket full of capacitors, transistors and other parts I have finally finished the work on the Harris URC-94 that I picked up at Dayton this year. Did the ALC alignment, power calibration and all the intermod and spectrum testing last night and left radio running for four hours without issue.
So now am back to where I was three weeks ago before it blew up.
Hope to be using it for the MMRCG and M&S Nets tomorrow morning and then installing into rack to replace the non-rack mounted one that I have been using.

Says a lot about insanity being I have spent a box full of money on this radio, then three weeks of work resolving all its issue along with about one hundred bucks of semiconductors and capacitors just to have the radio that has the appropriate rack case. At least now that this is done maybe I can get back to some of the paying projects that this has pushed aside.

0900 850 Hz TTY Net 7.087 USB (will be using the big rack for this, don't trust the 94 for that yet!)
1000 MMRCG Net 7.296 USB
1200 M & S Net 5.357 USB

Be there or be square!
